Fond memories

Throughout our lives there are the moments that are burnt into our memories. Last night was one of those moments that will forever be emblazoned in my mind. Good thing, because if I had to rely on the photos that I took, I would be in very hot water. Have I mentioned to you guys that I am a really, and I mean really, really a bad photographer?

I just thought I'd share the pics of my son's high school graduation that will hopefully, someday jog my aging memory and remind me just how special this night was.

He walked right past us. There he is...

Hmmm, actually, these pics are kind of artsy.

Here he is getting his diploma.

That's his baby picture on the big screen. Pretty cute, right?

So, that's it! These are my pics of this amazing milestone. I'm a pretty amazing photographer, don't you think?

  1. Those pictures tell a thousand words.

You will look back on them with tears, I think.

    :)

PS. You need to start blaming the camera, like I do.

  2. This was before the glass of wine, too! I'm sure that I'll look back with tears someday, not because of the event, but because I am such a lousy photographer that loused up the shot!
Hey, good point about blaming the camera, it may be the only way for us lame-o's. Dumb camera...

  3. I feel your pain. I did the same darn thing at my son's graduation. I was so happy that my sister-in-law, who I usually curse for snapping photos at EVERY family function, saved the day. She has a smart camera, not a dumb one like we have. I just hate it when she posts photos of me though, because they always make me look old and frumpy...which of course I'm not, it's just her dumb(smart)camera.

I hope someone got some not-so-artsy photos of your son too.

  6. Just think, Care. You can make those pictures be anything you want and no one will know the difference!

Congratulations to the grad and to you and the mister on a job, well done!

    Happy, Waggin' Tails, FUREVER!
